Gran Reserva: Aged 38 months in premium French oak barrels. Robust, with a full and mature flavor. Unctuous with balanced acidity and powerful tannins on the palate. Intense finish and long persistence. Aromas of stewed figs, licorice, walnut, clove, allspice, and others. Pairs well with game, cuts of meat, and dishes such as barbecue, smoked pork, and various confits. A wine for aging on special occasions.
